If a customer requests assistance to move Goods inside any structure or building on site, no responsibility will be borne for any consequential loss or damage.
Delivery is only done during Business hours. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, we usually deliver the following Tues/Thurs of the order being placed so 4 days is usually the longest you will wait.
No cash on delivery.
Savvy Savers is not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods due to delivery.

Goods will be delivered by one driver. Due to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, someone must be at home to sign for the delivery and assist the driver with unloading goods if required. Normally driver will only deliver the goods to the ground floor. Extra cost will apply for deliveries other than ground floor.
|Refunds and Returns of Goods You are entitled to a refund if the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it.
Claims for refund must be made in writing within the first 5 working days upon receiving the item.
Freight or installation/ labour fee is non refundable
Item must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition to qualify for refund
Items will be repaired or replaced if claims made after this period of time
If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement may be provided.
